* Makefile.in: Pass a new MULTILIB_EXCLUSIONS option as the sixth argument to genmultilib. * genmultilib: accept new MULTILIB_EXCLUSIONS option and output the contents into the multilib.h header. * gcc.c: Declare multilib_exclusions for the specs file.
