f75d3e11d3 c-opts.c (c_common_handle_option): New, pulled out of c_common_decode_option. 
* c-opts.c (c_common_handle_option): New, pulled out of
	c_common_decode_option.  Substitute uses of argv.
	(c_common_decode_option): Broken into two.
