8b84136b5f Makefile.am (noinst_PROGRAMS): Renamed from "bin_PROGRAMS" to avoid installing anything. 
* util/Makefile.am (noinst_PROGRAMS): Renamed from "bin_PROGRAMS"
	to avoid installing anything.
	(noinst_SCRIPTS): Likewise.
 	* util/Makefile.in: Regenerate using automake-1.3.
