pointer: the dwarf unwinder in libgcc will do everything that's
needed.

* configure.host (EXCEPTIONSPEC): Remove libgcj_sjlj on Alpha.
* configure.in (SIGNAL_HANDLER): Use include/dwarf2-signal.h on
