	(iv_number_of_iterations): Also use the recorded loop bound
	on the maximum number of iterations.

	max_iter to avoid unrolling loops that do not roll.
	(decide_unroll_stupid): Likewise.

	* gcc.dg/var-expand1.c: Increase array size to make unrolling
	possibly profitable.

2dfc736cc7 compiler: fix infinite recursion in string constant evaluation. 
Fixes compilation of incorrect code:
    const f, g = g, f
    func S() []byte { return []byte(f) }

The problem was already handled for numerical constants.

Part of issue 3186 (go).
