298f6e4bdc xfails: Add CASE_INSENSITIVE_ORDER...
* libjava.mauve/xfails: Add CASE_INSENSITIVE_ORDER, result was
    unspecified and test should be updated to match latest spec.
    Add AcuniaPropertiesTest, known bug #6219. Add test_getClassLoader,
    what we do seems to be not really right or wrong.
