	  New constructor.
	(min): Implemented.
	(max): Implemented.
	(modPow): Rewritten to not use the naive, slow, brute force approach.
	(isProbablePrime): Implemented.
	(testBit): Implemented.
	(flipBit): Implemented.
	(getLowestSetBit): Implemented.
