connection queue to 50 as per JDK 1.2 docs.
(ServerSocket(int,int)): Listen on all network interfaces by
default, per JDK 1.2 docs.
* java/net/PlainDatagramSocketImpl.java: Don't need 'address'.
Add localAddress caching.
