ASM_DECLARE_FUNCTION_SIZE, FUNCTION_NAME_ALREADY_DECLARED,
FRAME_SECTION, ABBREV_SECTION): Define.
(DBX_DEBUGGING_INFO, SDB_DEBUGGING_INFO, MIPS_DEBUGGING_INFO,
DWARF_DEBUGGING_INFO, PREFERRED_DEBUGGING_INFO): Delete undefs at
end of file.
