type. Don't duplicate the creation of a File since it's already
done earlier in the method and the existing code would cause a
ArrayStoreException. Don't use fixed-size array.

performRenameTo): Don't use fixed-size array.
(getCanonicalPath): Use throw, not _Jv_Throw.
