libgcc_s.
* configure.in: Slight reformatting, more comments. Factor out
"config/" from all the directories.

* testsuite/Makefile.am (AM_RUNTESTFLAGS): Move empty setting
from configure.host.
* aclocal.m4, configure, docs/html/17_intro/porting.html,
