re PR middle-end/29673 (no -fdump-tree-inlined output)

	* doc/invoke.texi (Debugging Options): Remove -fdump-tree-inlined.
	Add -fdump-ipa-inline.
	* tree-dump.c (dump_files): Remove tree-inlined dump.
	* tree-pass.h (tree_dump_index): Remove TDI_inlined.
