(FUNCTION_PROFILER): Const-ify. * halfpic.c: Include "expr.h", "output.h" and "halfpic.h". (eliminate_constant_term, assemble_name, output_addr_const): Remove declarations. (ptr_half_pic_address_p, half_pic_hash): Prototype.
