t-linux64 (MULTILIB_OSDIRNAMES): Use ../lib32 as the multilib osdirname if it exists.

        multilib osdirname if it exists.
        * config/rs6000/t-linux64 (MULTILIB_OSDIRNAMES): Likewise.
