acinclude.m4 (LIBCOMP_CHECK_LINKER_FEATURES): Set libgomp_ld_is_gold.

* acinclude.m4 (LIBCOMP_CHECK_LINKER_FEATURES): Set
	libgomp_ld_is_gold.  Get gold version number.
	(LIBGOMP_ENABLE_SYMVERS): Gold always support symbol versioning.
	* configure: Rebuild.
