	* java-tree.h (flag_assume_compiled): Removed.
	* lang-options.h: Removed -ffile-list-file, -fuse-boehm-gc,
	-fhash-synchronization, -fuse-divide-subroutine,
	-fcheck-references, -femit-class-file, -femit-class-files,
	-fassume-compiled.  Updated --encoding information.  Changed
	-foutput-class-dir to `-d'.
