* builtins.c (builtin_dconsts_init, dconstpi, dconste,
	init_builtin_dconsts): Delete.
	* emit-rtl.c (dconstpi, dconste): Define.
	(init_emit_once): Initialize dconstpi & dconste.
	* real.h (dconstpi, dconste): Declare.
