Remove unused get_ref_base_and_extent case. * tree-dfa.c (get_ref_base_and_extent): Avoid calling tree_low_cst and host_integerp where possible. * tree-ssa-structalias.c (equiv_class_label_eq): Check hash codes for equivalence. * dce.c (find_call_stack_args): Avoid redundant bitmap queries.
