acinclude.m4: Cosmetic shell syntax fixes.

	* acinclude.m4:  Cosmetic shell syntax fixes.
	* configure.ac:  Bring comment inline with reality.
	* configure.host:  Both of the above.  Move 'arm' case to right
	place in host_cpu switch.
	* aclocal.m4, configure:  Regenerate.
