PR libstdc++/66078 * include/bits/stl_iterator.h (__make_move_if_noexcept_iterator): Add overload for pointers. * testsuite/20_util/specialized_algorithms/uninitialized_copy/ 808590.cc: Add -std=gnu++03 switch. * testsuite/20_util/specialized_algorithms/uninitialized_copy/ 808590-cxx11.cc: Copy of 808590.cc to test with -std=gnu++11. * testsuite/23_containers/vector/modifiers/push_back/ strong_guarantee.cc: New.
