unwind.inc (_Unwind_Backtrace): New function.

* unwind.inc (_Unwind_Backtrace): New function.
	* unwind.h (_Unwind_Backtrace): Declare it.
	* libgcc-std.ver (_Unwind_Backtrace): Export it.
