* internal.h (xnew, xcnew, xnewvec, xcnewvec, xobnew): Remove. * directives.c: Use XNEW-family macros from libiberty. * lex.c: Likewise. * macro.c: Likewise. * cpplib.h (cpp_deps_style): Export enum with name. From-SVN: r85121
