Link with -lrt on Solaris 10

* configure.ac: Check if sched_yield and/or nanosleep need -lrt.
	* configure: Regenerate.
	* Makefile.am (go$(EXEEXT), gofmt$(EXEEXT), cgo$(EXEEXT)): Link
	with $(LIBS).
	* Makefile.in: Regenerate.
