re PR libstdc++/27340 (valarray uses __cos which may conflict with libm functions)

	* include/bits/valarray_before.h: Uglify the structs wrapping
	cmath functions differently, eg, _Cos instead of __cos.
	* include/bits/valarray_after.h: Adjust.
