Make-lang.in (INTDOC_DEPS): New macro.

* Make-lang.in (INTDOC_DEPS): New macro.
(f/intdoc.texi): Depend on $(INTDOC_DEPS).  Build f/intdoc.
(f/intdoc): Likewise.  Add $(build_exeext).
