* configure.ac: Do not invoke TL_AC_GCC_VERSION.
	In all substitutions, leave gcc_version to be expanded by the Makefile.
	* aclocal.m4, configure: Regenerate.
	* Makefile.am: Set gcc_version.
	* Makefile.in: Regenerate.
