The current `test/geo_alignedbox` tests fail on 32-bit arm due to small floating-point errors.
In particular, the following is not guaranteed to hold:
```
IsometryTransform identity = IsometryTransform::Identity();
BoxType transformedC;
transformedC.extend(c.transformed(identity));
VERIFY(transformedC.contains(c));
```
since `c.transformed(identity)` is ever-so-slightly different from `c`. Instead, we replace this test with one that checks an identity transform is within floating-point precision of `c`.
Also updated the condition on `AlignedBox::transform(...)` to only accept `Affine`, `AffineCompact`, and `Isometry` modes explicitly. Otherwise, invalid combinations of modes would also incorrectly pass the assertion.
This provide several advantages:
- more flexibility in designing unit tests
- unit tests can be glued to speed up compilation
- unit tests are compiled with same predefined macros, which is a requirement for zapcc
- remove most of the metaprogramming kung fu in MathFunctions.h (only keep functions that differs from the std)
- remove the overloads for array expression that were in the std namespace
* add a new Eigen2Support module including Cwise, Flagged, and some other deprecated stuff
* add a few cwiseXxx functions
* adapt a few modules to use cwiseXxx instead of the .cwise() prefix
* renaming, e.g. LU ---> FullPivLU
* split tests framework: more robust, e.g. dont generate empty tests if a number is skipped
* make all remaining tests use that splitting, as needed.
* Fix 4x4 inversion (see stable branch)
* Transform::inverse() and geo_transform test : adapt to new inverse() API, it was also trying to instantiate inverse() for 3x4 matrices.
* CMakeLists: more robust regexp to parse the version number
* misc fixes in unit tests
* extend PartialRedux::cross() to any matrix sizes with automatic
vectorization when possible
* unit tests: add "geo_" prefix to all unit tests related to the
geometry module and start splitting the big "geometry.cpp" tests to
multiple smaller ones (also include new tests)
