test/triangular.cpp: isUpper() --> isUpperTriangular()

Necessary to get the test to compile after c5d7c9f0de
.
I'm assuming that isUpperTriangular() is the name we want; the alternative
is to change Eigen/src/Core/{MatrixBase,TriangularMatrix}.h
