build: delete unused HAVE_{GSSHEIMDAL,GSSMIT,HEIMDAL} 
Stop setting `HAVE_GSSHEIMDAL`, `HAVE_GSSMIT` and `HAVE_HEIMDAL`.
There was no place in the build system or source code that used them.
