Daniel Gustafsson 5d3c57bfaa tests: fix markdown formatting in README
The asterisk in the abbreviation *NIX (for UNIX/Linux) needs to be
escaped to not mean start of italic formatting. This is consistent
with docs/RELEASE-PROCEDURE.md.
