cmdline-opts: language cleanups 
Use imperative mood consistently for the first sentence describing an
option.

"Set this" instead "tell curl to set" or "this sets..."

Plus some extra cleanups and rephrasing.

--ssl-auto-client-cert

(Schannel) Automatically locate and use a client certificate for authentication, when requested by the server. Since the server can request any certificate that supports client authentication in the OS certificate store it could be a privacy violation and unexpected.
