f5b71d3a6c tests: removed redundant --trace-ascii arguments 
This is already added by the test suite; it's not clear why all these
tests had it, unless it's cargo-culting.

186546f1c5 TFTP: add option to suppress TFTP option requests (Part 2) 
- Add tests.

- Add an example to CURLOPT_TFTP_NO_OPTIONS.3.

- Add --tftp-no-options to expose CURLOPT_TFTP_NO_OPTIONS.
