This either happens in the file itself as a comment header or in the file `.reuse/dep5`. This commit also adds a Github workflow to check pull requests and adapts copyright.pl to the changes. Daniel Stenberg	648712eec1	httpauth: make multi-request auth work with custom port ... When doing HTTP authentication and a port number set with CURLOPT_PORT, the code would previously have the URL's port number override as if it had been a redirect to an absolute URL.
