Daniel Stenberg	3fd80c7b59	tests: remove leading spaces from some tags ... The threee tags `<name>`, `</name>` and `<command>` were frequently used with a leading space that this removes. The reason this habbit is so widespread in testcases is probably that they have been copy and pasted. Hence, fixing them all now might curb this practice from now on. Daniel Stenberg	018dd775c8	tests: add %NOLISTENPORT and use it ... The purpose with this variable is to provide a port number that is reasonably likely to not have a listener on the local host so that tests can try connect failures against it.
