Dan Fandrich	33bea767eb	Convert (most of) the test data files into genuine XML. A handful still ... are not, due mainly to the lack of support for XML character entities (e.g. & => & ). Dan Fandrich	5b3730feae	Change the bogus address used in test237 to be more reliable when run ... on a host with a buggy resolver that strips all but the bottom 8 bits of each octet.
