Daniel Stenberg	3fd80c7b59	tests: remove leading spaces from some tags ... The threee tags `<name>`, `</name>` and `<command>` were frequently used with a leading space that this removes. The reason this habbit is so widespread in testcases is probably that they have been copy and pasted. Hence, fixing them all now might curb this practice from now on. Daniel Stenberg	e73fe837a8	- Peter Sylvester made the HTTPS test server use specific certificates for ... each test, so that the test suite can now be used to actually test the verification of cert names etc. This made an error show up in the OpenSSL- specific code where it would attempt to match the CN field even if a subjectAltName exists that doesn't match.
