Daniel Stenberg	3fd80c7b59	tests: remove leading spaces from some tags ... The threee tags `<name>`, `</name>` and `<command>` were frequently used with a leading space that this removes. The reason this habbit is so widespread in testcases is probably that they have been copy and pasted. Hence, fixing them all now might curb this practice from now on. Dan Fandrich	33bea767eb	Convert (most of) the test data files into genuine XML. A handful still ... are not, due mainly to the lack of support for XML character entities (e.g. & => &amp; ). Daniel Stenberg	3050ae57c0	Stephan Bergmann made libcurl return CURLE_URL_MALFORMAT if an FTP URL ... contains %0a or %0d in the user, password or CWD parts.
