Daniel Stenberg	3fd80c7b59	tests: remove leading spaces from some tags ... The threee tags `<name>`, `</name>` and `<command>` were frequently used with a leading space that this removes. The reason this habbit is so widespread in testcases is probably that they have been copy and pasted. Hence, fixing them all now might curb this practice from now on. Daniel Stenberg	4a42e5cdaa	multi-socks: fix connect to proxy ... When connecting to a socks or similar proxy we do the proxy handshake at once when we know the TCP connect is completed and we only consider the "connection" complete after the proxy handshake.
