The threee tags `<name>`, `</name>` and `<command>` were frequently used
with a leading space that this removes. The reason this habbit is so
widespread in testcases is probably that they have been copy and pasted.
Hence, fixing them all now might curb this practice from now on.

Make tests require h2c feature present to run, and only set h2c if
nghttp2 is used in the build. Hyper does not support it.

- Add regex that strips http/2 server header name to those http/2 tests
that don't already have it.
- Improve that regex in all http/2 tests.
Tests 358 and 359 were failing for me before this change on a system
that uses an older version of nghttpx which includes its version number
in the server header.

The HTTP/2 tests brought with commit bf05606ef1 were using the internal
name 'http2' for the HTTP/2 server, while in fact that name was already
used for the second instance of the HTTP server. This made tests using
the second instance (like test 2050) fail after a HTTP/2 test had run.
The server is now known as HTTP/2 internally and within the <server>
section in test cases. 1700, 1701 and 1702 were updated accordingly.
