Daniel Stenberg	3fd80c7b59	tests: remove leading spaces from some tags ... The threee tags `<name>`, `</name>` and `<command>` were frequently used with a leading space that this removes. The reason this habbit is so widespread in testcases is probably that they have been copy and pasted. Hence, fixing them all now might curb this practice from now on. Daniel Stenberg	006ff62d8c	http: added options for allowing HTTP/0.9 responses ... Added CURLOPT_HTTP09_ALLOWED and --http0.9 for this purpose. For now, both the tool and library allow HTTP/0.9 by default. docs/DEPRECATE.md lays out the plan for when to reverse that default: 6 months after the 7.64.0 release. Daniel Stenberg	a8e751a51a	http: refuse to pass on response body with NO_NODY was set ... ... like when a HTTP/0.9 response comes back without any headers at all and just a body this now prevents that body from being sent to the callback etc. Adapted test 1144 to verify.
