Daniel Stenberg	3fd80c7b59	tests: remove leading spaces from some tags ... The threee tags `<name>`, `</name>` and `<command>` were frequently used with a leading space that this removes. The reason this habbit is so widespread in testcases is probably that they have been copy and pasted. Hence, fixing them all now might curb this practice from now on. Daniel Stenberg	8cf4189529	tests/servers: generate temp names in /tmp for unix domain sockets ... ... instead of putting them in the regular pid directories because systems generally have strict length requirements for the path name to be shorter than 107 bytes and we easily hit that boundary otherwise.
