easy: Fix the broken CURLOPT_MAXCONNECTS option
Copy the CURLOPT_MAXCONNECTS option to CURLMOPT_MAXCONNECTS in curl_easy_perform(). Bug: http://curl.haxx.se/bug/view.cgi?id=1212 Reported-by: Steven Gu
