KNOWN_BUGS: remove "CURLFORM_CONTENTLEN in an array"

The curl_formadd() function is deprecated and shouldn't be used so the
real fix for applications is to switch to the curl_mime_* API.

CURLFORM_ARRAY, when compiled on 32-bit platforms that support 64-bit
