Convert (most of) the test data files into genuine XML. A handful still are not, due mainly to the lack of support for XML character entities (e.g. & => & ). tests: remove leading spaces from some tags The threee tags `<name>`, `</name>` and `<command>` were frequently used with a leading space that this removes. The reason this habbit is so widespread in testcases is probably that they have been copy and pasted. Hence, fixing them all now might curb this practice from now on. FILE: fix CURLOPT_NOBODY and CURLOPT_HEADER output Now FILE transfers send headers to the header callback like HTTP and other protocols. Also made curl_easy_getinfo(...CURLINFO_PROTOCOL...) work for FILE in the callbacks. Makes "curl -i file://.." and "curl -I file://.." work like before again.
