When an HTTP proxy is used --proxy, this option will make curl tunnel through
the proxy. The tunnel approach is made with the HTTP proxy CONNECT request and
requires that the proxy allows direct connect to the remote port number curl
wants to tunnel through to.

To suppress proxy CONNECT response headers when curl is set to output headers
use --suppress-connect-headers.

curl.1: provide examples for each option The file format for each option now features a "Example:" header that can provide one or more examples that get rendered appropriately in the output. All options MUST have at least one example or gen.pl complains at build-time. This fix also does a few other minor format and consistency cleanups.
