Jim Kingdon f8715549af * printcmd.c: Remove "set print fast-symbolic-addr off" command. 
The which it worked around was fixed on 25 Feb 94 in coffread.c,
	so I'm nuking the command.
	* symtab.c (find_addr_symbol): Comment out, no longer used.
