* configure.ac: Add a test for socklen_t.  Use three-argument
	AC_DEFINE throughout.
	* config.in: Regenerated using autoheader 2.59.
	* configure: Regenerated.

	* gdbreplay.c (socklen_t): Provide a default.
	(remote_open): Use socklen_t.
	* remote-utils.c (socklen_t): Provide a default.
	(remote_open): Use socklen_t.
	(convert_int_to_ascii, convert_ascii_to_int, decode_M_packet): Use
	unsigned char.

	* i387-fp.c (struct i387_fsave, struct i387_fxsave): Use unsigned
	char for buffers.
