Mike Frysinger e6c1dbbfe8 sim: cris: disable test that crashes the linker 
PR ld/13900
Linking this test crashes the linker, so disable it.  The crash
was reported about 9 years ago but haven't made progress, so lets
avoid the failures in test runs.
