Mark Kettenis 54fe917236 Add OpenBSD/sh support.
* NEWS (New targets): Mention OpenBSD/sh.
* configure.tgt: Add sh*-*-openbsd*.
* shnbsd-tdep.c (_initialize_shnbsd_tdep): Register handler for
GDB_OSABI_OPENBSD_ELF.
* config/sh/obsd.mt: New file.
