* run-sim.h: Add #ifdef RUN_SIM_H wrapper.
(sim_set_callbacks, sim_size, sim_trace)
(sim_set_trace, sim_set_profile_size, sim_kill): Declare.  Moved
to here from "gdb/remote-sim.h".
